We have a fabulous room to rent in our awesome house. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Avonhead, close to UC (roughly 15 mins walk), CCEL (roughly 5 mins walk), also convenient to bus stop and other public amenities.
Our house rules are:
1. No alcohol, smoking, pets
2. No visitors
3. Quiet, clean
