We are looking for an Experienced Admin and AccountsSuperstar for an Office based, Onehunga.
In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of the officeas the sole charge office manager and accounts administrator based in Onehunga.
You'll serve as the all-rounder expert with allAdministration duties that are involved in a company.
This is a role for a reliable, hardworking and organisedindividual with good knowledge of Xero and MYOB Payroll and can take on thehigh responsibility of all office duties for a trades company.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Bank/Xero reconciliations Weekly payroll processing readyfor payment using MYOB Payroll GST reporting and payments Tax and ACC PaymentsAccounts Receivables/Payables, Annual Financial Reporting and Preparation ofFinancials for Accountant Monthly Invoicing Credit control General officeadministrative duties as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
High level of experience with Xero and MYOB PayrollMicrosoft Office experience to a high standard is essential. Excellent timemanagement skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work Highly organisedand able to work independently Excellent communication skills both written andverbal Strong attention to detail and accuracy Display a high level of honesty,professionalism, loyalty, and strong work ethic Friendly personality
Hoursof work are 40 hours per week, 8hrs per day, Monday to Friday - start timebetween 8.00 and 9.00am
