职位要求：

2. 至少2年工程造价工作经验，有大型建筑项目经验者优先。
3. 熟悉建筑工程造价管理相关法规和标准。
4. 精通预算编制、工程量计算及合同管理。
5. 具备良好的沟通和协调能力，能够与各方有效合作。
6. 熟练使用相关造价软件（如CostX, Planswift等）。
7. 具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力，工作认真负责，具有团队合作精神。

Goldenview Live Construction Company Recruitment Notice: Quantity Surveyor
Due to our company's expansion, Goldenview Live Construction Company is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality construction and engineering services, and we look forward to having you on board to grow with us.
Job Description:
1. Manage and control project costs, including budget preparation and cost planning.
2. Prepare and review SOQ & BOQ and relevant contract documents.
3. Monitor site costs to ensure projects are completed within budget.
4. Collaborate closely with project managers and other departments to provide professional advice and recommendations.
5. Handle contract variations, claims, and final accounts.
6. Conduct price analysis and contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
7. Develop and maintain the project cost database.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveyor, Construction Management, or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with experience in large construction projects preferred.
3. Familiarity with relevant construction cost management regulations and standards.
4. Proficiency in budget preparation, quantity calculation, and contract management.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with various parties.
6. Proficient in using relevant cost management software (e.g., CostX, Planswift, etc.).
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a responsible work ethic and team spirit.
8. Mandarin and English Fluency
