Requirements:
- Proven 4-5 years experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or relevant role.
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Attention to detail and high standards for quality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
