CNSST Education Institute is a New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) approved Private Training Establishment (PTE). We are dedicated to supporting the successful settlement and integration of ethnic communities through quality education in languages, culture, industry skills, and adult learning.
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Student & Programme Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time role that plays a vital part in delivering high-quality education services to adult learners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day operations of educational programmes
Support student recruitment and enrolment processes
Assist with marketing, promotion, and community engagement activities
Liaise with tutors and venue providers to ensure smooth classroom operations
Maintain accurate student records and manage internal databases
Prepare and submit reports and programme documentation for funding and compliance purposes
Provide general administrative and student support
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree (or higher), preferably in Education, Arts, ESOL, or a related field
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (essential); other languages are an advantage
At least one year of relevant work experience in NZ
Knowledge of New Zealand's education sector and compliance requirements (NZQA, MoE, etc.)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural skills
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Confidence using MS Office, especially Excel, and comfort working with admin systems
A full NZ driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
