CNSSTFoundation is a registered charitable trust, offering culturally andlinguistically appropriate services to both Asian new settlers and thecommunity as a whole in New Zealand. The key services provided by theorganisation include social work and counselling, employment preparation andplacement support, driver licensing support, settlement support, education inlanguages and cultures, community housing development and immigrationconsultation.

We arelooking for a full-time Employment Coordinator who can join our Employment & Enterprise Team to:

· Support community driverlicensing needs

· Deliver employmentpreparation trainings

· Provide job matchingservices

· Support recruitment forlocal businesses

· Strengthen our networkand partnerships with local employers

Keyresponsibilities:

· Liaising with NZgovernment agencies

· Contacting/assessingprogramme participants

· Providing advice andsupport on employment

· Providing jobseekertrainings

· Assisting jobseekerswith industry certifications

· Providing job matchingservices

· Programme participationcase management

· Wide range ofadministration tasks

· Reaching out to localemployers who need recruitment support

· Ensuring compliance withprogramme requirements

· Migrant communityengagements

Keyrequirements:

· Experience in educationor training preferred

· Understanding ofcultural diversity

· Multilingual with goodEnglish both spoken and written

· Good proficiency inworking with Microsoft Office Suite

· Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills

· Good at time managementand work prioritisation

· Team player withattention to details

· Organised andopen-minded

· Able to followinstructions and procedures
