收到了移民局发的Deportation Liability Questionnaire? 说要启动驱逐程序？请问填完表后被驱逐的可能性大么？ 2020五月因为 Assaults with intent to injure 被定罪电子脚环居家监禁6和月和社区劳动，当时的律师说只要没有进入监狱服刑超过2年就不会被驱逐。

请问填这个表格需要请律师么？有没有情况相同有过往经验的？

he Court has the power to impose imprisonment for a term of 2 years or more. They do not have to be sentenced to 2 years but the Court must have the power to impose 2 years or more.
如果是这个责任判刑有超过2年的可能吗，但是法院没有给你2年，这个情况也是可以DEPORT，我是这样理解

discharge without conviction没用的，这个要求先认罪才能给，移民局一样视为定罪。除非在不认罪的情况下法官给DWC，虽然不是没有过先例但是很难很难。
