Great Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity awaits for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Accounts Assistant-Paid Intern. This role offers the potential for extension, providing valuable hands-on experience in accounting practices within a thriving environment.

Responsibilities:

Review, sort, and prepare invoices from systems for processing and payment in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank transactions and maintain accurate records, including producing weekly fund reports.
Assist the company accountant with GST preparation and other accounting tasks.
Ensure records are meticulously filed and archived for easy access.
Collaborate with the team to assist with month-end reports.
Undertake any other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the accounting function.

Skills and Qualifications:

Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or currently enrolled in such a program.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
Reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to proactively accomplish tasks.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
Experience with Xero accounting software is preferred, but not essential.
