Empire hotel apartment is one of Auckland’s most well-known student accommodation and budget hotel located in Auckland CBD.
We are looking for enthusiastic assistant manager who can work independently and proactively. Bring can do attitude to the team and take responsibilities for residing tenants cares and room sales.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Day-to-day administration for hotel apartment reception with excellent customer service
Room inspection for providing high standard condition rooms
Room rental (sales)
Dealing with guest enquiries and complaints
Ensuring reception and common areas are well presented and maintained at all times
WHAT WE OFFER
$50,000 base salary + uncapped commission
Potential to move to a manager role

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a sale, hospitality management, customer service or property management preferred but not necessary, new graduates are also welcome.
Customer service skills and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other software
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
MUST speak Mandarin, please do not apply if you do not speak Mandarin
Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand Immediate start preferred
