HL Architecture is an architectural practice studio focused on residential buildings. We are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join our small but growing team, based in North Shore.

Skills/experience:

Minimum of 1 year of practical work experience.
Knowledge of NZS3604 and NZBC
Excellent Revit skills
Able to complete working drawings, council consents, RFI's etc
Knowledge of the building structural components, building materials, their applications and best practices
Strong construction detailing knowledge
Sound knowledge of the planning roles
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
NZDAT or relevant qualifications
Lumion and Vray render skills preferable but not essential
