Our business is actively looking for an Accounts Officer for our Team.

The role:

We require someone who will actively engage with the company to gain a solid understanding of our business activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily reconciliation & settlement, and some general office administration. You will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller and working closely with other departments to contribute to the business's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and settlement of financial transactions within the organization.

Work closely with internal teams, external parties, and financial institutions to reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate the smooth settlement of transactions.
Analyze data, identify errors or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial integrity and compliance.
Generate sales data reports for the specific sales performance analysis.
General office administration.

Key attributes for the successful candidate include:

Chinese speaking is a MUST.
Excellent interpersonal,communication, and influencing skills
Be tech-savvy as Latipayis using our self-developed accounting system
Competent in workingwith IT professionals to integrate our existing and future products into the back-end accounting system.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting & Finance.
Proficiency in the use of Ms. Office Suites.
