We are looking for a full-time motel receptionist based in Hamilton.
This job doesn’t require relevant experience. However, this is a hands-on role that includes laundry, housekeeping or maintaining the grounds when required.
What you need to do:
Ensure reservations /check-in / check-out are performed correctly.
Listen and respond to guest queries and requests.
Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and management to address any problems or complaints made by guests.
Maintain the property safe and neat.
Overlook housekeeper’s workload.
Enforce rules and policies of the motel.
What we want from you:
Strong English skills in oral, listening and writing.
Be available to work on Public Holidays and weekends.
A can-do attitude, mature, reliable.
Honest, friendly, pleasant attitude, able to communicate well with others.
Eye for detail.
All necessary training will be provided to the successful applicant.
