你将成为我们在MANUKAU分行客服部门的一员, 负责接客户订单, 管理存货, 配合销售人员和销售经理, 以及在周六需要的时候也能加班.

你需要有能力将客户的咨询转变成实际的销售额, 能有效自信地和供货商联络, 能积极地参与存货管理和统筹安排从订单到货物运送这一系列流程.

你须有建材和五金销售的相关经验, 流利的英语, 有效的驾照以及良好的职业面貌.

Are you looking for an opportunity todevelop a career within the building industry? We are on the hunt for someonewith drive, focus, a friendly, bubbly personality and a great can-do attitude.

We are a well-established company,specialising in the manufacture of residential wall frames androof trusses. We also operate a trade and retail timber yard, that focuseson the supply of residential building materials to builders,developers and serious DIY customers.

The role is based in our Manukaubranch. You would be joining a trade sales team of that consists of yardstaff, trade sales coordinators, sales representatives and accountsupport staff.

This particular role involves thefollowing:

Supporting on-road sales reps with quotes, orders and enquiries;
Serving builders and DIY customers in our trade store;
Liaising with suppliers for the delivery of materials in-store or indent items, direct to site;
Quality control; Checking off inwards and outwards goods;
Merchandising; Making sure shelves are well stocked, product is turned-over;
Liaising with architects, home owners and builders.

To be consider for this role it wouldbe highly advantageous to:

Have an understanding of timber sizes and treatments;
Be comfortable with technology, emails, excel, word etc.;
Have good attention to detail;
Be customer service focused;
Have an excellent work ethic;
Have a stable work history;
Be a true team player;
Transferable sales & customer service skills
An excellent grasp of the English language and a polished professional appearance.
Proficient in mandarin or Cantonese.
Knowledge of other building products and hardware supplies.

Hours are Monday to Friday:

6.30am-4.00pm

And rostered Saturday's [7.30am-12noon]
