About the role
A typical day would include the following:

·         Overseeing cleaning operations.

·         Offering support and direction where required.

·         Problem-solving.

·         Manage operational costs.

·         Report on profit & loss reports.

·         Meet with existing or new clients.

·         Undertake any other tasks as may be reasonably required to assist the company in achieving its business objectives.

About you
The ideal candidate will be able to use our TRUE values to focus on providing wrap around support and guidance to get the best out of our people and our customers.
You will be a polished and motivated individual with at least 3-5 years of operational and management experience, you will add value to our global business and want to progress within our organization. You will bring energy and initiatives to the role and have sound knowledge of the area/region.

Key responsibilities:

·         Deliver an efficient and on time service to our customers without complaints.

·         Plan and organise start-up of new contracts.

·         Review delivery of existing services for continuous improvement.

·         Solve day-to-day operational challenges.

Key Skills and experience required:

·         Ability to deliver efficient and on time service to our customers.

·         The ability to lead and manage multiple sites and cleaning teams.

·         Excellent attention to detail.

·         Organized and motivated individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and fill in where required.

·         Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

·         Passion for operations.

·         Confident computer and mobile device user.

·         Well-presented and promotes a professional image of the company.

Further Requirements:

·         Full Clean NZ Drivers Licence.

·         Must be able to pass and Maintain Ministry of Justice Checks and relevant Police and Security checks.

·         Eligible to work in NZ on a full-time basis.

We offer:

·         Permanent postion with robust salary range $58K-$65K

·         Company vechical+ Laptop + cellphone.

·         Training programmes for your career path.
