We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our Design team creating buildable residential homes within a volume delivery environment. The team work closely with our engineers and builders to deliver completed consentable designs to our customers.

As a minimum to be shortlisted, a candidate will require:

A tertiary qualification in Design and/or Architecture is essential.
1-3 years of design experience in the NZ residential construction environment using Revit design software essential.
Strong communication (written and verbal English) and self-management skills.
A valid New Zealand working permit (WorkVisa/PR/Citizen)
Enthusiasm for contributing to a fun and dynamic team environment.
