We are seeking an organised and self managed Accounts Administrator to join us. To be successful for this position you must possess a strong eye for detail and be competent in all aspects of Microsoft Suite and XERO. Good opportunity for career development on your accounting skill.

Key tasks for this role include:
Processing Invoices
Data Entry and organising/updating files
Assisting with the quote paperwork
XERO for accounts
Accurate administration skills
Accounts receivable
Payroll
About you:
Fluency in both Mandarin and English will be advantageous
Ability to work at pace and input information accurately within specified timeframes
Be Resilient and solution-orientated
Have an eye for detail and a passion for numbers
Have a good written and verbal command of English
Ideally have advanced computer schools and a good understanding of Microsoft and accounting software
Ability to work independently and have a drive for success
Enjoy a team-focused culture
Effective communication skills
