Full/Part Time Reception Role Job Description

You are in luck! We are looking for a part time Customer service and front of house role.

Your roles will consist of:

Organization, coordination and direction of gaming sessions in both a public and private format.
General administration
Serving customers and money handling
Housekeeping duties
Solving customer complaints
Respond to customer phone, email and Facebook inquiries
Make booking reservations and following up on payments
Prepare daily operation tasks and duties for the shift
Assist the team on the development and operation of the business

Our ideal candidate would be a person who has the following:

Have the confidence to speak to small to large volume of people at once
Humble, honest, friendly and trustworthy
Can work evenings and Weekends
Good time management
Hungry to learn and committed to growth
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Has customer service experience
Is self-motivated and can think outside the box
Can use Microsoft Word and Excel
Has experience in phone and email etiquette
Is patient

Full Time Hours: 30 hours per week Working day: Wednesday to Sunday

Option: extra hours on Thursday can be negoicate

As a candidate you must have the ability to reliably travel to Glendene, West Auckland.

Candidates having customer service and/or Airsoft experience will be a bonus but are not required.

*This position may require a volunteer training period.
