We are a friendly Chartered Accounting team with offices across Auckland's North Shore and Ponsonby.
We focus on the SME sector and have a diverse client base.
Currently, we have two positions available within our group:
A junior/admin role focused on administrative work, payroll and GST processing in one of our Northshore offices.
A senior role focused on setting up and manage our new office in Birkenhead.
For both roles, you must be very confident in dealing with clients, explaining our service offering, building and improving systems, and bringing ideas to the business.
We are looking for someone who has:
Junior/Admin role:
NZ Public Practice experirence preferred.
Able to complete GST returns, bookkeeping services and payroll processing.
Experience with Xero and payroll softwares.
Solid work ethic, a friendly team player.
Attention to details is a MUST.
You must have the ability to deal with a variety of clients in person, on the phone and with email
Senior role:
A minimum of 2 years of NZ Public Practice experience
CA or CPA qualifications, or working towards them, are preferred.
The ability to complete end-of-year reports, tax returns, and associated workpapers to review stage.
Experience with Xero, XPM and Xero Workpapers.
A strong work ethic and a friendly team player attitude.
Confidence in preparing accounts to a finished state, the ability to work unsupervised, and the capability to deal with a wide variety of clients in person, on the phone, and via email.
