Your purpose
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organisation.
We are looking for a person who is reliable, enthusiastic, has a positive attitude, great attention to detail and possess a good customer service orientation.
Key Accountabilities
• Receive and screen all incoming phone calls
• Enter sales orders to our ERP system received either by phone or email
• Be the first point of contact for all customers and visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
• Coordinate all office catering requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Collect, sort and distribute incoming mail & deliveries
• Monitor and order stationery as required
• Additional administration support as required
• Hours Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 3:30pm with extra hours available
What you need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have a friendly, welcoming and professional manner. A minimum of 2 years reception experience is essential.
In addition, you will also have solid multi-tasking skills and a proactive approach to work, with sound communication and interpersonal skills and a strong knowledge of Microsoft office.
