1. 将保单录入系统 - Work closely with brokers to support them process policies.
2. 完善维护客户信息 - Maintain and amend client information
3. 准备,制作以及整理相关文件 - Prepare, organize and file relevant documents
4. 保费管理,定期催账 - Credit Control
5. 回复来往邮件 - Respond client and insurer enquries via emails mainly.
6. 协助办公室的日常行政工作 - Assist general admin work
