【Job Description】
Lead a sales team to acquire investment clients in the US, Hong Kong, and local stock markets through channel cooperation with local institutions or individuals in New Zealand.
Continuously explore and expand private domain customer resources in New Zealand, including but not limited to investment KOLs, individuals and platforms with the ability to bring clients.
Follow up and achieve the implementation, customer lead generation, data tracking and maintenance of long-term cooperative relationships of channel cooperation promotion.
Keep an eye on the local market, continuously collect industry dynamics and market information, and provide information support for the company's business decision-making.
Responsible for the daily management of the sales team and the achievement of personal and team overall performance goals.
【Job Requirements】
Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years or more of sales experience in the financial and securities industry.
Working language is English and Chinese.
Have relevant channel development background, resources and contacts in the financial and brokerage industry.
Excellent business negotiation and resource development skills.
Have a strong sense of goals, self-motivation, excellent leadership, stress resistance and teamwork spirit.
