JVNZ is the leading on-demand customised imaging products manufacturer based in Melbourne and Auckland, serving AUS and NZ markets through B2B and B2C channels.

A full-time permanent position of Accounts Administrator become available. This is a sole charge position, working with external Chartered Accountants to perform routine accounting tasks, including:

· Bank reconciliation

· Accounts Receivable, Payable and payroll.

· Generating Invoicing and statements

· Stock and inventory booking and stock take recording.

· Assisting the chart accountant to prepare management accounts

· Fixed assets register, depreciation and income tax

· Liaising with external Chartered Accountants for all accounting and taxation requirements.

· Preparing PAYE, GST and other tax returns

· Other ad hoc accounting tasks as they arise

To be successful in this role you will have:

· Proven accounts skills and experience.

· Advanced MS Excel skills

· Strong experience in using Xero

· Attention to detail.
