===招聘职位：Senior Company Accountant ===
Responsibilities:
- Review and assist accounting team to process the daily payments, and review Account Payables.
- Prepare the weekly account receivable reports and meetings to assist the sales team to collect the funds timely and review the Account Receivable.
- Process the month end closure, overview all the journal entries for ensure the accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare the monthly GST return and submit return and track the refund.
- Prepare the internal monthly financial reports including Profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, etc.
- Prepare the year-end closure to assist the external accountant to complete the annual financial reporting.
- Ensure statutory tax compliance is achieved by maintaining knowledge of current legislation and the implication of financial transaction being processed.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Provide accurate financial information and analysis and present findings and recommendations as required.
- Provide appropriate support as required on projects for improvements and developperiodic reports for management,.
- Other tasks or supports as required by directors.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in finance and accounting certification in New Zealand.
- Minimum 3 years' local experience in Financial Accounting - preferable with manufacturing experience.
- A high level of Excel skills and excellent accounting software user.
- Attention to details, and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the team leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
- Experience in Abel ERP System will be highly prefered.
===招聘职位：R & D Team Leader ===
Responsibilities:
- Providing training to new staffs (R&D staffs andproduction staffs), providing training to relevant staffs when regulations(e.g. FSANZ, GB Standards) are updated;
- Reviewing and approving formula/labels/raw materials;
- Reviewing new/alternative raw materialsdocuments/samples/suppliers, completing ”Raw Material Assessment Form”;
- Manufacturing process/machine improvement/design;
- Designing formula as requested by customers according torelevant standards of intended market (such as DSR1985, GB Standard, OMAR);
- Overseeing the whole project, provide advice at any stage ifrequired;
- Working with QA&QC Compliance team for GACCregistration;
- Being one of the HACCP team members;
- Helping QA team for validation protocols, product stabilityreport and RMP amendment if required;
- Joining MPI PBV audit when required;
- Meeting with suppliers/labs/customers when required;
- Making sure testing items and methods are up to date, andsupporting QA team with sending samples when required;
- Responding to sales/customer requests (such as productcomplaints, making reports, excel, ppt);
- Problem solving in production;
- Testing and making samples;
Qualifications and Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Nutrition or similar qualification.
- At least 5 years' local experience in food or health supplyments industry.
- Be familiar with the related regulations and compliances both in New Zealand and China Market.
- Attention to details, and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the team leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
- Experience in Abel ERP System will be highly prefered.
