Internship(VOLUNTEER) Role: Quantity SurveyorAs a Quantity Surveyor intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team and contribute to ongoing projects. Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bills of quantities.
Supporting the procurement process, including tendering and contract administration.
Conducting research and analysis to contribute to project planning and budgeting.
Assisting with cost tracking, expense analysis, and progress reports.
Collaborating with project stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers.
Participating in site visits and inspections to gain practical knowledge.

Desired Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this internship role, we are seeking candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field OR recently graduated with a relevant degree.
Basic knowledge of quantity surveying principles, techniques, and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other relevant software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Quantity Surveying.
Good command of written and oral English.
