What you’ll be doing
1. Multiple bank reconciliations
2. Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including fortnightly payroll, assets registered maintenance and general ledger entries.
3. Account Receivable duties, including but not limited to:
- Assist Sales team to process invoices.
- Credit control/Debt collection for NZ and overseas
- Responding to billing/customer queries
- Evaluating new credit application requests and approving as appropriate
4. Assist with Accounts Payable duties, including but not limited to:
- Supplier liaison
- Staff expenses e.g. credit card receipts, expense claims
5. Processing bank payments
6. Assist with stock management
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
8. Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as required.
