It has been constructed in a traditional manner using well proven building materials
At some time, the external cladding has been replaced with Hardies feature board. This product is fibre cement.

Subfloor，concrete foundation walls with concrete kerosene tin piles. The bearers and floor joists are timber and the flooring is timber floorboards. The plumbing is copper and buteline and the underfloor is insulated with Mammoth R1.5

Exterior，The walls are timber framed and the exterior is clads with Hardies feature board fibre cement sheeting.

The roofing is galvanised long run iron on a single pitch and the spouting and downpipes are Marley. The roof is a skillion type which means there is no access to the ceiling space.

不知道外墙firebre cement会有漏水风险吗？怎么看有没有cavity呢？
还有skillion的root会漏水吗？这是房子翻新前后的对比图。谢谢大家。

找个屋检的看看吧，这种看着像平顶

对，是平顶，新换的roof，感觉平顶不太好，不过可能原始结构就是这样的，所以也改不了吧，是不是以后容易漏水？

平顶这种结构就是不好，容易漏水

天花板空间很小，ventilation不好，容易潮湿，除非里面underlay做的好

怎么看underlay做的好不好呢？builder说了没有access，我估计翻新的时候有拆掉旧的roof重新填新的，但是质量咋样难说了。除了roof，这个外墙有漏水隐患吗？

找个inspector看一下吧
