- Keeping on top of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- Inventory Reporting, Filing and Record Keeping
- Replying emails, comminating with suppliers
- General administration, office and operations support
- Assisting our Finance Managers and Operations Manager with event coordination.
技能和要求 (Skill and Experience) · 合法的工作签证,永久居留签证或公民 · 基本的办公软件应用知识,包括Excel, Word 和Xero. · 良好的沟通技巧 · 良好的团队协作能力 · Legalworking visa, permanent residents visa or civics · Basicknowledge in Excel, Word and Xero · Goodcommunication skills · Goodteamwork ability
