Room available after 22 April suitable for a single person. Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom, own fridge/microwave. Security gate and 1 carpark.

Ideal flattie: quiet, regular lifestyle, clean and tidy, non-smoker, pays rent on time, and is okay with children. We are a gay family with two little kids under 5 (they go to daycare).

Ideal location, 10 min walk, to Puhinui train station (Southern/Eastern lines). Airport link bus every 10 mins to train station (a few mins ride, no extra fee), or a short trip to airport/Manukau. Both SH20 and SH1 are also a few minutes away.

Shopping: all major supermarkets are less than 2km away (New World, Countdown, Pack'N'Save), Manukau Supa Centa and Westfield.

Just installed a brand new heat pump for this room today. It will keep this room warm and dry.
