As of my knowledge cutoff in 2021, Shenzhen had a higher average house price than Auckland. According to a report by Knight Frank, a global real estate consultancy, Shenzhen had the second-highest average residential property price growth in the world in 2020, with a 13.9% increase year-on-year, which brought the average price per square meter to around US$6,400. In comparison, Auckland had an average house price of around NZD 1.2 million (approximately US$840,000) in 2020, according to the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
However, it's worth noting that house prices are subject to fluctuations and can change over time due to various factors such as economic conditions, housing supply and demand, government policies, and more. Therefore, it's possible that the relative house prices of Shenzhen and Auckland may have changed since my knowledge cutoff in 2021.作者: Bob Wang 时间: 2023-3-27 13:48:48
