1. To discover market opportunities, leads and pipelines.
2. To enhance company’s reputation, ensure our key messages are clearly communicated to all clients.
3. To promote company's brand and services through integrated multi-channel programme including web, print, advertising, social media, conferences, events and external fairs.
4. To develop, maintain and manage good relationships with all stakeholders including domestic and overseas clients, sub-agents etc.
5. To participate in developing promotional material and web pages; implementing internal and external communication strategies to ensure a consistent corporate image is portrayed throughout all materials and events.
6. To streamline the enquiries and admissions processes for clients, provide the best customer service by managing customer communications, enquiries, arrangements etc.
7. To keep abreast of and monitor market trend, government policies and market dynamics etc.
8. To maintain professional knowledge by attending relevant workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing professional networks; participating in professional societies if it requires.
9. Other required duties from time to time.
Requirement:
1, Fluent English in all aspects is a must
2, Superior communication and customer service skills
3, Excellent time management skills
4, Be able to work under pressure with accuracy and high standard
5, Showing initiative and leadership when working unsupervised
6, Second language and digital/web/computer skills are highly demanded
7, Experience in visa application or school enrolment industry would be an advantage
8, Bachelor degree or above
9, Right to work in New Zealand
