Job brief
We are looking for a fresh and energetic Storeperson to ensure accurate pick-packing. You will operate warehouse equipment to build and send orders.
A Storeperson must be always on time and able to work long hours on their feet. They are hands-on and fit with an ability to “pick up” on small details.
Responsibilities
• Receive and pick stock items from packing slips
• Locate products using our accounting software
• Retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy
• Build pallets with orders and position them to loading areas
• Wrap orders before loading on trucks
• Do delivery runs based on company schedules
• Competent to drive a manual truck (standard class 1 driver’s license required)
• Keep Warehouse and site clean (housekeeping)
• Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
• Keep records of completed orders
• Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
• Devaan shipping containers
• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards
Requirements and skills
• Experience as picker preferred or other warehouse position
• Experience or license in handling forklifts, pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Able to read and write in English
• Great attention to detail
• Diligent and punctual
• Good physical strength and stamina
• Self-motivated, can work autonomously and as a team player

Starting rate for this position is $23.50 per hour entry level. $25 with experience in the above.
