朋友回国，RV即将过期，家里有事未处理完，到时候过期也未必能返回新西兰。
不知道RV在境外过期后还有什么补救措施？
希望大律师可以指点一二

"You can apply to extend your travel conditions for up to 12 months if, in at least 1 of the 2 years before you apply, you spent 184 days or more living in New Zealand."

移民监够的话在海外换PRV

这个extend在任何时候都可以申请吗？如果晚于原来的有效入境时限

永居还未失效的话什么时候都可以申请。已失效了就不行了
