We are looking for a hardworking & reliable team player to join our busy team as OfficeAdministrative Assistant. We will offer good hourly pay to the right candidate.
In this role you'll be offered approximately 1 or 2 Days Per Week ( Monday - Friday) towork at our office based in Manukau City Center which is close to all Amenities and publicTransport.
Your tasks and duties will include but are not limited to:
Working with Spreadsheets, Sales ledgers and Journals
Calculating and checking payment amounts and records
Organizing the Customer Service Report
Controlling credit and chasing debtors
Scheduling Appointments
Manage Project/Customer/Contractor/Supplier Cloud Database via our DX CloudSoftware
Customer Service & Marketing Support
Other General Office Administration Tasks
For this role,
candidates must have experience using the Microsoft Office Suite,especially Word , Excel , PowerPoint & Publisher
, and will ideally have experienceusing MYOB. A base knowledge of accountancy and bookkeeping is required, thoughsome training will be considered for the right candidate.
Candidates must be able to commit to the role for a minimum of 12 months.
