Dental Assistant / Receptionist – Full Time, Epsom, Auckland

We are a modern dental clinic that is committed to delivering exceptional service to our community, seeking a full time full time Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. Full training will be provided.

About you:

If you are a good fit for this position, you will be hard-working, driven, a team player and of course be able to maintain friendly rapport with our patients as well as the rest of the team. Excellent oral and written English communication is a must. You will need to be able to work flexible hours as we occasionally need to look after emergency patients.

Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

Greeting our patients with a friendly smile and making them feel at home.
Answer patient's enquiry and make appointments by phone, email, social medias and in-person.
Manage and post to our social medias accounts
Simple accounting/bookkeeping works
Buildup rapport with our patients.
Sterilisation of instruments
Assisting our Dentists during procedures. (Full trainings provided)

Working hours:

You will be working on a fortnightly roster, 5 days a week and between 40 – 50 hours per week.

We are open Monday – Saturday. Most days you will start from 8:30am and finish around 6pm, except on Monday and Thursday, which start from 12pm and finish around 8pm.

Working on Saturday is required.

*No dental experience required. Full training and on-going education will be provided.

*Immediate start (may be flexible for the right person)
