Part-TimeProperty Inspector
An exciting opportunity to join ourspecialized property management company in Northshore, this position is apart-time role as a Property Inspector.
In this role, you will be workingalong with our friendly property management team and assisting the PropertyManager to carry out entry/final & routine house inspections with orwithout tenants onsite.
To be successful in this role youwill need to have the following attributes:
Required Working Hours:
There are three optionalcombinations of days that could be chosen by the right candidate on 1)Wednesday& Thursday or 2) Wednesday& Friday or 3) Thursday & Fridaystarting from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
for completing the weekly routineinspections.
In-advanced known final or entryinspection may be allocated to do it from time to time to assist the PropertyManager.
