我就住附近，怎么说呢，上个月晚上12点不到，突然停到街上一阵巨响，然后出门看，一个车把路边停的一个还挺新的车撞了，屁股被怼的掉下来了，现在还停在路边呢。

令人欣慰的是，上次这种事情还是今年初（或者去年底，记不清了），路边门口路边停的车被砸了玻璃，一条街都被砸了。。。这样算下来，比起ram raid，频率真不算高

No, rental. I have been living here for around 4 years.

Only got one breaking-into our yard when neighbor's house was awaiting development. A homeless jumped over fence into my yard and stole some stuff from unlocked car. Neighbors won't even give a try, they might think our shitty house has no valuable stuff.

公房, yes lots there. but 公房 is everywhere in Auckland now.

Gi 旁边的pt england,和附近panmure 公屋也很密集，那个公屋密度和奥克兰其他地方比，大很多。

yes, most are new developped ones.
You will see lots of 公房 besides Pakuranga Plaza later.

want to buyit and just for inverst and rent it later, not for myself living there. Just have some cash and do not know where to invest.

刚看了下地图，你这个地方比我住的地方还牛逼，对面那条街，一排的公屋。
但是下面那个转盘的右下角，已经建好了或者正在建一片的公寓，未来可期。。。

You are right. Just think that is very near the public transports: Bus & railway stations.
