SALON APPRENTICE/ COLOURIST
As a salon apprentice of ANCO Studio, you need to be passionate about everything about hair. Our ideal applicant would be someone who is either a recent hairdresser Graduate or currently still studying in a hairdressing school, but we are also open to someone who is a quick learner and willing to dedicate more time to learning the ropes. We believe in someone who is passionate and has the drive to improve.
You will need to have:
- A high passion and interest in hairdressing
- Enjoy working with, socializing, and connecting with clients from all walks of life
- Be well-presented with a strong sense of style with a great personality
- Have a strong command of the English language
- Enjoy and open to learning new techniques, skills, and product knowledge on a daily basis
- Have the ability to withstand and work in a busy environment
- A valid New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa
Your role will include:
- Working in a fun and exciting work environment
- Working alongside top stylists/beauticians who enjoy each other's company
- You will be supported with ongoing training to enhance your skills & deliver expert results in the salon.
- Regular training days with the team to update and exercise skill and technique/product knowledge
- Training with HITO and getting fully qualified for hairdressing in NZ
- Learning about our salon product offering and advanced knowledge of our Ambassador brands including Olaplex, Lakme, Teknia, EVO, Botaniq, Colour WOW, Cloud Nine, O&M, and EVO Fabuloso.
- Full-time role/Part-time available.
