Job title: Assistant Accountant – AP focus
About you:
● A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
● Excellent Customer service ethic
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
● Good time management skills
● Keen to qualify as a Chartered Accountant within the next few years
● 1-3 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
● Strong Administration expertise and experience
● Knowledge of Xero
● Good understanding of accounting principles
● Advanced Microsoft Excel skill
Your day to day tasks:
● Daily reconciliation of banking by Xero
● Daily routine with sales and management team
● Checking and sending of invoices to relevant parties, and uploading and filing Bill invoices
● Preparing monthly report and review and follow up with management team
● Handling court procedures and preparing relevant documents
