机场motel招前台 We are seeking a full-time receptionist to join our friendly team. Location: Auckland Mangere/Airport Area Requirements: - Time flexible and must be able to work at the weekend - Have previouswork experiences in receptionist / administration / customer service area - Excellent communication skill is a must, both oral and written - Hold a full NZ driver licence - Computer literate, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office/Windows Personal Attributes: - High honesty - Friendly and willing to help - Excellent time management and organisation skills - Attention to details - Be able to work independently and in a team - Able to problem solve quickly and strive for efficiency in all processes and workflows - Outstanding customer service Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Dealing with customers in person, over the phone and by emails - Processing of guest reservations, check-in and check-out using computer software - Airport shuttle transfers - Providing assistance with guests’ enquiries - Cash handling - Security monitoring Please send us a copy of your current CV and we look forward to welcoming you to our team.
