ANCO Properties Development Limited (ANCO) is awell-established construction company, who is passionate about building homesfor New Zealanders of exacting quality at the best value.

With the continuing growth of the business, ANCO is lookingfor a Quantity Surveyor(QS)to join us.

Reporting to Project Manager, general duties include:

Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
Identifying and weighing up commercial risks
Assigning work to subcontractors
Valuing completed work, managing budgets and overseeing payments
Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards
Submitting regular budget reports
Working at a client’s business, in an office or on a construction site

What we are looking from a successful candidate:

· Effective verbal and written English communication skillsis a must

· Proven work experience as a Quantity Surveyor

· Strong working knowledge of documentation handling andonline application processing

· Previous work experiences in construction industrypreferred
