我的电脑终于可以打中文了。我做过10多年国际大项目商务合同。目前，定居在奥克兰，全职senior QS 在一家洋人施工单位（100多人）。强项是审查合同，合同变更，延长工期，计算人工单价和设备单价。用Project 做项目进度，土建，做项目各种模板。尤其是claim 模板。take off drainage/serwer project. 大概每周有15小时可以做part time work at home.
