We are looking for a junior drafter/architecturalgraduate to join us at our Mount Wellington-based office in Auckland for a short-term (part-time/full-time) job, for a duration of one to two months. You will be working closely with the design team to develop details for a newfaçade system.

Applicants will have to be proficient withCAD/REVIT softwares (other programmes such as Sketchup/Rhino/Solidworks and etc. are welcomed as long you have the expertise and confidence to utilise them efficiently to deliver the drawings appropriately).

What it’s in for you? You are able to:

Extend your knowledge of building design and construction processes.
· Learn about New Zealand building code clause first-hand
· Learn how to detail different cladding systems based on the building code requirement.
· Enhance and develop your modeling and design software skillset while working closely with the design team
· develop a keen eye for detail, planning and time management skills

To succeed in this role, you will have:

· A relevant coursework: diploma/bachelorin architectural technology/architectural studies/construction.
· Conversant with relevant NZBuilding codes and statutory requirements (Ideally but not necessary)
· Knowledge of building designand construction processes (Ideally but not necessary)
· Effective interpersonal andcommunication skills.
· A team player and self-starter
· A keen eye for detail and areenthusiastic about learning new skills
