• Provide full range of account service to clientsworldwide.
• Handle client enquires through multiple communicationchannels.
• Update and maintenance of various documents, reports,customer database and platforms.
• Establish and maintain effective communication withpartners, colleagues, and other oversea centres.
Skills and ExperienceRequired
• Ability to work flexible roster hours (9AM to 17 PM and 2 PM to 10 PM)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
• Speaking Southeast Asian Languages (Thai) and Arabic isan advantage.
• Excellent in client service mindset and interpersonalcommunication skill
• Be a team player and fits in well with team dynamics
• Ability to work under pressure.
