We are looking for someone that is
fluent in Mandarin and English speaking
for our Customer Service Representative position!
This is a remote, work-from-home role focused on supporting New Zealand businesses.
If you’re looking to join a fun close-knit team, then keep reading:
Pay is approximately $25 p/h and paid fortnightly
Full-time (5 days, 40 hours per week)
Day shifts across Monday to Sunday
This role is FULLY remote, so you can be based anywhere in New Zealand
Experience is welcome but full training is provided
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and conversational) - A self introduction video would be required.
Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone
Can-do attitude
A reliable computer with stable internet (fibre broadband preferable)
