请教大律师:land area 中的 more or less, 不知道这个范围标准？比如，买块地，比合同所示面积少百分之几或者千分之几算合理范围，而低于这个值被视为不合理？谢谢！

谢谢大律师回复。这个条款还是没有说多多少，少多少范围或者说多少百分比是可接受的。
