Job Opportunity

Location: Auckland Central (Greenlane-Penrose), North Shore-(Browns Bay)

Position 1: Customer Service Representative (Full Time, Part Time or Casual)

Are you our next Customer Service Representative or Assistant Manager?

We’re all about the customer service.

Specifically, you bring the following skills and attributes:

· Effective communication skills with a competency in English (reading, writing and speaking)

· Friendly, energetic and approachable with a natural flair for great customer service

· Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communication with others, both internally and externally

· An ability to undertake cleaning activities, replenish and move stock and serve customers at the point of sale

· Attention to detail, the ability to work in accordance with safe work practices and operational procedures, as well as a level-head to carry out emergency activities if required

· Accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner

· Handle administration tasks efficiently

· A fun, friendly and fast pace working environment

· Ongoing support, development and training with career succession opportunities

· Eligibility to work in NZ

· NZ driver licence Preferred
