Who we want

We need a candidate who has the ability to manage challenges in dynamic business environments. The primary focus of this role is to provide the administrative functions of our busy business operations, including accounting, invoicing, order processing, office administrations, as well as a little bit sales and customer support. You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders and your communication and rapport building skills must be second to none.

To be successful in this role you must use your can-do attitude and problem solving skills to act and to orient details. You are also a self-motivated and passionate team member.

Key Requirements

At least 3 years of accounts and office administration experiences
The ability to work under pressure and with multi-task management skills
Commercial acumen & well understanding of accounting practices
Competent user of software MYOB, Excel, Outlook, PPT and Word
Well-presented and strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and have a great attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

Daily order processing orders, invoicing and dispatching
Responsible for AP/AR, Bank reconciliations, month end report, GST, PAYE and payroll
General office administration duties, including office management and customer support
Reception duties and telephone management
Assist external accountant to prepare annual income tax returns
Assist internal supply chain management and freight forwarding company
Assist warehouse and dispatch management and 3rd party logistic services
Staff activities management, including temporary and volunteer.
