We are seeking a full-time and part-time receptionist to join our friendly team.
Location: Auckland Mangere/Airport Area
Full time : ---Wednesday to Sunday 3pm-11pm (5 days / week)
Part time :---Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm &
---Friday and Saturday 11pm-7am (night shift)
Requirements:
- Time flexible and must be able to work at the weekend
- Have previouswork experiences in receptionist / administration / customer service area
- Excellent communication skill is a must, both oral and written
- Hold a full NZ driver licence
- Computer literate, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office/Windows

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Dealing with customers in person, over the phone and by emails
- Processing of guest reservations, check-in and check-out using computer software
- Airport shuttle transfers
- Providing assistance with guests’ enquiries
- Cash handling
- Security monitoring
