Job Description

Assistant Manager, Empire Apartments, University Precinct
Candidate must speak English, and Chinese
Front desk hospitality management – recruitment and servicing of tenants
Sales or hospitality experience – strong people skills a plus.
Build customer relations and ability to provide helpful service to guests
Diplomatic to all tenants' requests, rental collection, etc

Requirements:

Strong sales and people skills, friendly and good communications
Graduates (Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, hospitality, accounting and finance)
Sales background a plus – training offered to motivated candidates
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other software
Fluent in English, and Chinese
Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand

Excellent opportunity for new graduates;immediate availability; training provided. Assisting work visa and pr if meet requirement.
