我的具体情况如下:
和公司签合同后,经理在工作群中提出了大意为“必须比上班时间提前10分钟到工作地点,否则算迟到;迟到不提前一小时请假,月内累计三次则辞退”的要求。我在签合同的时候有在每一页的页脚签字。合同中有写“Punctuality is important. You agree to be prepared and ready to commence work at the appropriate starting time on each day. If you are unable to attend work on any day, or if you will be late for work, you shall personally advise your Manager/Supervisor as soon as possible before the first date of absence or lateness.” “Carry out and company with your managers directions.”
不知道经理突然提出的要求,是否违背当初合同内容,或者违反相关法律?
