We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team based in Auckland.
This is a full time role. Saturday may work if required.
In this role you will be involved in:- Basic design (training provided)
- Processing sales order, purchase order, tax invoice.
- Calendar management - Arranging appointment with clients
- Providing a welcoming and outstanding customer experience
- Providing excellent support:internally and externally
Key Attributes:
- Experience with reception, office administration and basic accounting tasks will be an advantage
- Professional manner and presentation
- Warm and engaging manner and excellent interpersonal skills
- A positive 'can -do' and helpful attitude with the ability to use initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
